Jo Caudron
Jo Caudron is an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker with more than 30 years of experience on stages across Europe and beyond. Known for his inspiring and provocative storytelling, he weaves together insights on disruption, transformation, and the future of our society. What began as a focus on digital innovation and technology has evolved into a much broader mission: helping organizations, leaders, and citizens understand how profound societal, economic, and geopolitical shifts are reshaping the world - and how we can turn that uncertainty into opportunity.

Alexandra Sdoukou
Alexandra Sdoukou is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in public administration, energy policy, and EU-funded programmes. She holds a Law degree from Democritus University of Thrace and postgraduate degrees in European Commercial Law and International Economic Studies. Since 2004, she has held key roles across major Greek ministries, specialising in the design and oversight of public infrastructure and EU co-financed projects. She served as senior energy policy advisor (2007–2015), later becoming Secretary General for Energy and Mineral Resources (2019–2023) and Deputy Minister of Environment and Energy (2023–2025). As of April 2025, she is appointed Spokesperson for New Democracy, the Governing party in Greece.
Katerina Tsikaloudaki
Dr. Katerina Tsikaloudaki is a Professor of Civil Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki & Head of the Laboratory of Building Construction & Building Physics. Her Research work focuses on building construction, building physics, building energy and environmental performance, and sustainability in the built environment in general with numerous publications & studies. She is a member of the Board of Directors of iiSBE (international initiative for the Sustainable Built Environment) & a National Representative at Engineers Europe. Also she has an active role in the development and the recast of the National Regulation for Building Energy Performance of Greece.
Max Tillberg
Max Tillberg is CEO of EQUA Solutions AB (Sweden) and has a M.Sc. in Engineering. Max has worked as a consultant in indoor climate, HVAC, building optimization, daylight and various environmental certification systems for over 20 years.
AnneMarie Eijkelenboom
AnneMarie Eijkelenboom is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment at Delft University of Technology. She leads the Cool and Clean Buildings programme, which focuses on the adaptability of buildings to climate change, with particular attention to mitigating heat stress and improving indoor and outdoor comfort. Combining academic research with collaborations involving societal partners and her professional experience as an architect, she works to embed scientific knowledge in design and policy practice. Her ambition is to translate rigorous research into tangible solutions that foster resilient, healthy, and future-proof built environments.




Andrew Chalk
Andrew Chalk saw the light after a marketing career with IBM and Black & Decker and started in the solar shading industry in 1998 as a Director, then Managing Director, of a trade supplier of specialist blinds. He started working for the British Blind and Shutter Association (BBSA) in 2008 as Director of Operations and one of his first priorities was to help the BBSA to join ES-SO.
