• Transport: 40 minutes' drive by taxi from Lisbon Airport to The Oitavos, Rua de Oitavos, Quinta da Marinha, Cascais, Portugal.
• Arrival: rooms will be given free at 3:00 pm - please present your passport and credit card used for reservation.
• Dress code: dress code is smart casual
• Orientation at the hotel: follow the ES-SO signage in the lobby to the different meeting places:

  • Restaurant for breakfast and lunches: IpsYlon restaurant
    
  • Breakout sessions: Atlantic Pool Bar

Social Programme for partners at The Oitavos

For guests staying with us at The Oitavos during the ES-SO CEO Business Summit, we offer the opportunity to participate in a social programme for partners. This can include cultural visits to Lisbon and other exciting activities. The details of the programme will be finalised based on the number of participants. The Oitavos is a luxury hotel renowned for its stunning location and exceptional amenities. One of its standout features is the world-class Oitavos Dunes golf course, consistently ranked among the top courses in Europe. Guests staying with us have the opportunity to enjoy the golf facilities and services at The Oitavos. Please note that golf play is not included and will incur an additional fee.
