- 225 € /night, single occupancy - 245€ /night, double occupancy incl. breakfast. ES-SO preferred rate valid from Sunday 25 October till 27 October for reservations completed before 25 September 2026.
- Limited rooms reserved for ES-SO at preferred rate.
- Please make sure to book your room on time to access preferred rate.
- Cancellations up to 31 days prior to the event, no cancellation fees apply.
- Cancellations from 20 tot 30 days prior to the event, one night per room will be charged.
- Less than 20 days prior to the event, full cancellation fees will be applied.
